Farhad Khan began practicing yoga in 2001. After his first class, he knew that experience was only the beginning of a greater journey in his life. His spiritual exploration was enhanced by his travels in Southeast Asia, India and Africa. He soon realized yoga was not only an activity for him, but was his passion. He explored many different styles of yoga, including hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, power, kundalini, yin and anusara.
He has embraced his practice and teaches with an open mind and heart. His classes combine hatha and ashtanga vinyasa yoga styles creating a strong, unique, soothing flow. He believes in the power of human energy and encourages his students to explore themselves through non-judgement. He considers himself a student at heart and continues to be inspired and learn from all the amazing people around him.
